Hosting
Buying Program Options: The Hosting Services offering is available as an add-on option under the MLA (Master License Agreement) or VLA (Volume License Agreement). The information below refects the revised hosting program, effective 3 December 2009.
With this additional program option, hosting providers are able to run hosted applications and services utilizing a full suite of Novell products (some product exceptions apply). Customers who wish to participate and begin hosting should complete the Hosting Services Addendum, and then begin ordering from the Novell Corporate Price List with the MLA or VLA Software Subscription part numbers. No perpetual license purchases are required. Subscription licenses are sold exclusively as a combined offering with 1-year Priority Maintenance.
Note: Novell hosting partners may also qualify to enter a Hosting Services Agreement directly with Novell. This agreement differs from hosting addendum in that it allows partners to track software usage on a monthly basis, and pay Novell quarterly for such software use. Please contact your Novell sales representative for additional details.
