Who We Are
The License Management Services (LMS) and Global Operations departments have merged to form the new Customer Operations department. This new organization is designed to more proactively serve you in assisting with your annual renewal, with self-managing your contractual license obligations, with providing personal assistance and customer education, and with other resources as needed.
License Management Services offers several new valuable services including renewal assistance and systematically updating your license ownership within a Novell database with each new, processed order.
