Renewals

A renewal is a purchase type (such as upgrade protection, maintenance, or premium service) that provides specific services for a designated period of time. In order to receive continued services beyond the expiration date, a new purchase must be made to extend the desired coverage. Novell's License Management Services team is an available resource which can help identify customers' renewal dates, purchase quantities, and suggested retail pricing.
