Renewals
A renewal is a purchase type (such as maintenance or premium service) that provides specific services for a designated period of time. In order to receive continued services beyond the expiration date, a new purchase must be made to extend the desired coverage. In Conjunction with Novell's Teleweb Renewal Sales Team, the License Management Services team is an available resource which can help identify customers' renewal dates, purchase quantities, and license usage.
