Choice of Certification Levels

The Novell Ready Program focuses on all other partner certification requirements, including access to information about the specific solution and user space applications for both native and virtualized environments. Vendors participating in the Ready Program conduct their own compatibility tests and must officially support their product in a Novell environment to be considered Novell Ready. Support is delivered directly from the product vendor.

The Novell YES Certified Program is applicable for Linux kernel-level software and hardware applications for native environments and provides mutual customers with hardware and software products that have been certified as compatible with the SUSE Linux Enterprise product line. Hardware and software vendors participating in the YES Certified Program agree to maintain a close relationship with Novell for delivering support to customers. We create support contacts to deliver joint support from Novell and the vendor when supporting customers using YES Certified products.
