PRIMERGY TX300

Positioned as a full-feature workgroup server with top 2-way processor performance and high availability in the business server class, the PRIMERGY TX300 is an all-purpose tower server for medium-sized companies and branches of large enterprises with business critical applications.

It is also the ideal application server for Warehousing applications and also as Directory and Cache Server for medium and large companies (up to 9 hard disks and max. 12 Gbyte memory). But also applications as node in a failover cluster configuration, eBusiness applications in a cluster configuration, or content serving in Intranet / Internet environments, as well as small ERP installations in small and medium-sized business will be expected.

The new Intel® Xeon™ processor technology with 533 MHz front side bus and its "Hyper-Threading" architecture makes higher performance bandwidth accessible. System functionalities like redundant, hot-plug fans (standard) and power supplies (optional), two hot-plug PCI-X slots (standard), hot-spare memory (option), hot-plug hard disks, a hot-plug backup-drive and two SCSI back-planes for hard disks, qualifies the PRIMERGY TX300 for business critical applications.

Users requiring highest performance in a small floor stand or in a space saving rack housing, with additional needs concerning data integrity, scalability, availability and expandability, will find an optimal platform with the PRIMERGY TX300. The system delivery includes the server management products ServerStart and ServerView.
