ViewWise provides the fully-featured Integrated Document Management integration solution with an optional module that enables GroupWise users to save GroupWise emails plus attachments / GroupWise documents directly into ViewWise Enterprise Integrated Document Management.
ViewWise integrates with GroupWise by adding a ViewWise icon to the standard GroupWise toolbar.
When selected, it will save the current Groupwise email/ document selected directly into the ViewWise Input Tray, where it can then be reviewed and processed.
Here the user has the option to create a new ViewWise Document by dragging and dropping it onto a folder in the navigator frame (batch indexing), or it can be added to an existing ViewWise Document by dragging and dropping it onto an existing ViewWise document.
If the source of the document was email, then the email itself is saved as a text file and any attachments are shown as separate pages.
A simple and easy way to retain identified emails / documents of importance from GroupWise to ViewWise choose ViewWise, the one and only, Integrated Document Management solution in the Novell NetWare space.
