Xyloc

Xyloc addresses the problems associated with users logging onto network resources and applications.

It can be very expensive and difficult to manage and enforce the use of passwords; and for users it is troublesome to remember to enter multiple passwords.

Xyloc is a solution to the problems organizations and users can face, if someone forgets to log-off the network and applications (when they walk away from the computer), potentially leaving open access to important information.

Ensure Technologies Standard Hardware Warranty Standard XyLoc Hardware Warranty: Ensure Technologies Corporation ("Ensure") warrants the Product(s) delivered hereunder shall (i) meet the specifications contained in the appropriate Product Specifications prior to shipment and (ii) be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This Product Warranty shall not apply to damaged, abused or modified Product.

Prior to the return of the Product, purchaser must contact Ensure to obtain authorization for the return of the Product. If an Ensure Product is found to be defective by Ensure in either material or workmanship within the one (1) year warranty period, Ensure will provide, at its expense, a replacement Product.

This standard warranty specifically does not include replacement of batteries, lost, damaged, or broken equipment or components. PURCHASER'S REMEDIES ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ENSURE'S OBLIGATIONS AS STATED ABOVE, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ENSURE BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS, HOWEVER OCCASIONED.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
