product details

GroupLink's eReferrals™ product is a Web-based end-to-end referral management system. It is designed for banks and other financial institutions, as well as professional services such as law offices, to facilitate initiation and management of referrals. It empowers management to track and improve the referral process from beginning to end — from increasing profitable referrals to managing and rewarding successful closures.

GroupLink's eReferral® product uses a Web-interface to provide comprehensive account and interaction history. Use of this Web technology allows institutions to leverage their existing I.T. investments.

Key features:
  • Paperless Referral Submission — easy electronic referral submission at the point of contact with customers
  • Referral Routing and Management — instant notification via your email system to the correct respondent for the requested services, and storage into a Sales Force Automation (SFA) database with history views
