product details

The GroupLink Collaborative Customer Engagement™ (CCE™) solution addresses the three areas of customer engagement that result in the highest payback with minimal intrusion into existing infrastructure — Leads Generation, Sales Force Automation, and Customer Satisfaction/I.T. HelpDesk. Each area has a family of software tools specifically designed to strengthen and integrate seamlessly into the computing architectures of Novell, Linux and Windows environments.

Leads Generation
Leads Generation software enables GroupLink customers with the power to increase conversion rates by managing and automating the closure process, and by collecting leads 24 hours a day–7 days a week. Users can also collect leads from branch or remote offices and have them flow into a shared repository which then directs an immediate connection of a lead to the appropriate sales person.

Sales Force Automation
Sales Force Automation® (SFA) tools increase sales closure rates by easily identifying, managing and reporting on future, current and past opportunities, and by allowing teams to leverage opportunities in a consistent and focused way. SFA tools create a "whole customer view" which allows companies to manage customer relationships better across all channels and helps improve productivity, decrease operational costs, and foster greater customer loyalty.

Customer Satisfaction/I.T. HelpDesk
GroupLink's Customer Satisfaction piece increases customer loyalty by increasing the quality and success of customer engagements, creating cross-sell and up-sell potential by increasing ability to respond to customers, and by analyzing and reporting on trends or issues regarding quality of products and services.
