The Penguin Computing Niveus 2X is designed to take advantage of the latest Intel Pentium 4 processor technology in a low-cost deskop system suited for deployment in enterprises and peer-to-peer workgroup environments running Linux.

The Niveus 2X platform utilizes new Intel chipset support that features a 800Mhz front side bus for increased application performance, fast DDR RAM, two ATA-100 hard drives supporting up to 500Gb of storage. The Niveus 2X also features an AGP 8X graphics slot enabling enhanced graphics performance.
