The PS50E starts at 1.75 TB of raw capacity and can scale to more than 100 TBs without downtime or disruption of service. In under 20 minutes, the PS50E can be unpacked, rack mounted, fully configured, ready to deliver data services such as volume snapshots and replication.
The PS50E is perfectly suited for Web services, light databases, file and print, e-mail and collaborative applications. As these deployments grow, the PS50E can be easily upgraded to the PS100E or PS200E with no service disruption. In addition, the PS50E can be deployed as a branch office solution to create a geographically distributed, disaster-tolerant storage network.
