product details
360Commerce's Inventory Management application was designed to meet these exact specifications. An optional, browser-based module of our Back Office application, Inventory Management is designed to handle every aspect of managing your inventory, including enabling store users to receive shipments, transfer merchandise to other locations, perform inventory cycle counts, return merchandise to suppliers, adjust inventory levels within the store, and perform cross-store inventory look up.
360Store Inventory Management can help reduce inventory management costs, while offering increased visibility to the supply chain and increased productivity by allowing management of inventory functions with minimal effort. Inventory Management is integrated with the 360Store Point-of-Sale application. Additionally, inventory management functions can be performed using wireless devices or on a PC.
360Store Inventory Management:
- Is fully configurable, including the ability to define locations within a store (sales floor, back room or window display), item status (damaged, reserved, or layaway), return reasons, return dispositions, adjustment reasons, and more
- Generates an IXRetail standards-based, electronic inventory-control document for returns to vendor and inter-store transfers reducing integration costs for data transfer
- Is integrated to Point-of-Sale, enabling sales associates to locate merchandise within the store or at a different store, and sell merchandise directly out of locations other than the sales floor, allowing them to automatically adjust inventory and keep inventory levels accurate at each location
