Nexic Synchronis
NEXIC INC
Novell Technology Partner
product details
The Synchronis client was modeled after the GroupWise remote concept. When the remote client is disconnected, the messages that are read, created, deleted, etc. on the remote mailbox are queued up waiting for the next synchronization with the main mailbox. When the remote client connects, the remote changes are transferred to the main mailbox, and any changes from the main mailbox are transferred to the remote mailbox. All you have to do is replace "remote" with "handheld" and you have described how Synchronis works. All of our developers worked for Novell with GroupWise — We know how GroupWise works.
