An easy to use pull-down interface including a robust image library of buttons and separators makes survey creation easy. organizations can make surveys available to specific audiences through several methods. For internal staff, boards or committees, the surveys can be accessed via the data portal or through a link emailed to each individual. The same applies to public surveys. The survey can be attached to the organizations Web site, emailed, or accessed via the organizations portal.

Surveys can be established to become active and inactive on a specific date and time. allowing surveys to be created in advance with SMS automatically facilitating when surveys are available. Surveys can also stay active for an indefinite amount of time allowing for example, yearly surveys to remain open and collecting information for a specific time period.

An organization can have an unlimited number of surveys created and archived. This allows an organization to keep pertinent information readily available for future reference. Survey information access is easy. With simple survey selection and 'show results' the administrator of the survey can retrieve data for immediate analysis. All surveys automatically open to a standard bar chart with other viewing options available. Users may export and download a CSV version of their data.
