You can even generate a map with directions of where the even is being held or email it to relatives directly from the system. This is also a big time saver for the secretarial staff of the district and schools by reducing the number of calls received on a daily basis for directions to an event.
In addition to providing calendaring functions, the system also provides facility management. The System tracks the usage of fields, buildings, rooms, activities, events for facility management purposes. Any activity or event that is placed on the calendar is automatically available for tracking purposes. The district can generate reports of specific data, as well as, archive the information.
