IKOL-FS is an autonomous system for use under the responsibility of a specific driving licence office and ideally adjusted to the needs of driving licence offices. The following activities are included:
  • Building of a driving licence database with components for correction
  • Screen-supported counter and office work
  • Automated deadline management, with output of daily deadline lists
  • Autonomous processing, with exchange of data media with external institutions
  • Driving licences: first issue of a driving licences, re-registration, printing of forms for driving licence cards, extension, replacement of lost licences, international driving licences, permission for passenger transport, rejection, renunciation, ban on driving, withdrawal of licence, re-issue after withdrawal, change of personal data, registration of recurrent offenders, requests for information to KBA (Federal Agency for Motor Traffic) or BZR (Central Register of Traffic Offences) and application for inspection to TÜV/DEKRA (Technical Inspection Agency)
