MProWeb version 3.9, provides added focus, alignment and performance management tools for the user to manage strategic goals and daily tasks; people and projects; daily exchange of information and meeting management.

As an (Internet Explorer) browser-based coordination and collaboration management solution, MProWeb is suited for use at both the strategic and operational activity levels, e.g. for use by an enterprise as well as a single individual. MProWeb uses a framework of goals, roles, action plans and results to organize and focus the work effort.

Version 3.9 connects the processes of planning and execution, providing clear feedback and updates via both text and scorecard systems. MProWeb makes it easy to keep goals and objectives, and their related action items in view so tasks and follow-through do not slip through the cracks. GroupWise, Palm, Lotus Notes and MS Outlook users can synchronize to-dos and calendar events directly with MProWeb, so it is easy to keep all key information in a single, easily visible location. Authorized users can access critical management information from any Windows based PC using IE 6.0.

Key performance enhancements built into MProWeb include:

• One click Visibility into each direct report and their tasks, follow-through, to-dos, appointments and prioritization of activity.
• Performance Scorecards at the corporate, business unit and individual level for clear direct performance management that is directly tied to outcomes and deliverables.
• Synchronization with GroupWise, Palm, Lotus Notes and MS Outlook, coordinating the display and update of to-dos and events, as well as goals and tasks seamlessly between both programs.

MProWeb also offers a unique Daily Planner feature for effective planning and priority setting every day. The Today's Plan prompts the user to start the day off right: to review what is important, establish priorities, and plan time and resources accordingly. On the left side of the screen, it displays a multi-paned view of current to-dos, events, goals and tasks needing progress updates, and scorecards to be reviewed. Users prioritize those items on the left side and the screen and push them into a calendar on the right side of the screen which becomes their working plan for the day.

All of the data in the Daily Plan worksheet is derived from the strategic plan, top projects and daily responsibilities assigned in MProWeb. The Daily Planner helps users stay on-track, on-time and on-focus every day.

Users begin the day with a view into the day's goals, tasks and appointments. They make progress updates as the day progresses; and, at the end of the day, complete an easy, prompt-driven progress update.

Managers receive a copy of each direct report's Daily Plan via email, making it easier to support their people and stay on top of critical goals and projects.
