The PCS SiiRUS Compact UP IX Server is a single processor server that can accept one Intel® Pentium® 4 2.40C GHz to 3.2GHz processor using the Socket-478 FCPGA2 package. It is designed around the Intel® E7210 chipser. The SiiRUS Compact UP IX Server supports 4GB ECC un-buffered DDR SDRAM system memory and has an integrated ATI® Rage™ XL video controller with 8MB, has integrated one 10/100/1000 network interface ( Intel® 82547EI ) and one 10/100 network interface controller ( Intel® 82551QM ), has an integrated dual channel Serial ATA controller which supports RAID 0 & RAID 1. The PCS SiiRUS Compact UP IX Server can be used as a File Server, Web Server, Messaging Server, Collaboration Server, Caching Server, Directory Server, VPN Server, Database Server. etc.
