VoiceRD Web Management Portal is used to manage users, hand sets, groups, call queuing, auto attendant, dial plans and backup. VoiceRD Web Management Portal can be used in conjunction with iManager and Novell's identity management software (IDM3) to effectively manage users, hand sets, and extensions.

An intuitive iManager interface allows Novell administrators to quickly and easily use the VoiceRD Web Management Portal to manage VoiceRD components and functions. VoiceRD Web Management Portal is available as an open source project.
