eStationer Enterprise

eStationer's unique Advertising Over Email (AOE)™ technology permits a company to selectively insert rich, interactive advertising into all of its out-going email. Advertising is contained in a personalized electronic document or eStationery that is auto-formatted based on each individual user and applied to email via an eStationer server as it leaves the enterprise. This affords the customer central management and control of the design and corporate messaging of all email communication it services and of all AOE inventory it creates. Two simple yet powerful web interfaces (eStationer Manager & AOE Manager) allow the customer's System Administrator and Marketing Communications Professional to centrally store, assign and manage vast numbers of eStationery templates and interactive ad campaigns. Importantly, this technology is configurable whereby the customer's email users have limited or absolutely no control of the fully automated design and corporate messaging, creating a uniform yet personalized email identity.

Ad insertion may be performed in real time and can be targeted and segmented based on a number of infinitely scaleable parameters. Importantly, these include context-sensitive key word matching by which proprietary algorithms are used to selectively insert ads based on email content. Ad campaigns are measured and associated reports may be generated using the AOE interface.

An infinite number of electronic document templates may be stored and managed within the system where they can be auto-personalized and dynamically provisioned for use based on any number of company determined tasks or targets.
