Omni - Riva Reports for GroupWise
Riva Reports provide quick and easy access to GroupWise Archive Path, GroupWise Proxy, GroupWise Rules, Shared Address Book and other information that is not available to GroupWise administrators through GWCheck. Riva Reports were developed to satisfy compliance and reporting requests for GroupWise administrators.

Following is a brief description of the Novell GroupWise reports:

GroupWise Archive Path Report
Riva's GroupWise Archive Path Report creates a report that exports the GroupWise archive path to a data file. It will identify those accounts that do not have a specified archive path. This report is a great tool to support GroupWise post office and system consolidation projects.

GroupWise Proxy Report
Riva's GroupWise Proxy Report creates a report of GroupWise proxy access information. This information is often required for security audit reports! The proxy information is exported into a "human readable" log file and in a .CSV file. The .CSV file can be modified and used to re-import proxy access settings using Riva's Common Proxy module.

GroupWise Rules Report
The GroupWise Rules Report policy wizard allows administrators to generate rules reports for internal or external audit or compliance requirements. Groupwise Rules Report produce full or filtered reports in .log and .csv formats. Filter for rules that forward email to external accounts or rules than include attachments or any other combination of rules.

Shared Address Books Report
Riva's Shared Address Books Report creates a report of accounts that have received or are sharing GroupWise address books. This report provides valuable information required prior to deleting an account with shared address books. The shared address book information is exported into a "human readable" log file and in a .CSV file.

Shared Folders Report
Riva's Shared Folders Report creates a report of user accounts with shared folders (shared "in" or shared "out"). This report provides valuable information required prior to deleting an account with shared folders. The shared folder information is exported into a "human readable" log file and in a .CSV file.

Shared Calendars Report
Riva's Shared Calendars Report creates a report of user accounts with shared calendars. This report provides valuable information required prior to deleting an account with shared calendars. The shared calendar information is exported into a "human readable" log file and in a .CSV file.

eDirectory Account Audit Report
Riva's eDirectory Account Audit Report creates a report of eDirectory accounts based on a set of configurable parameters. It reports accounts that:
  • are not allowed to change their password
  • have not been logged in for XX days
  • have never been logged into
  • are not required to use a unique password
  • do not have passwords
  • have expired passwords
  • have a minimum password length less than the required length
The report information can be exported into a "human readable" log file or into a .CSV file. Additional account audit report information can be added as required.
