Authentication for SharePoint Integration
- User Impersonation is configured as the Riva authentication choice. Riva connects to SharePoint as a master account and “impersonates” the user
- Riva uses the eDirectory/GroupWise email address and the SharePoint email address as the account link between the two systems
- Active Directory or SharePoint native permissions control user access to SharePoint calendars, tasks, projects, lists, etc.
