MultiWorX® HelpDesk is a helpdesk software from AQUIS Informatika Zrt. The program is integrated with Novell ZENworks Asset Management, Novell's premier IT asset management software. MultiWorX® HelpDesk uses the inventory data from ZENworks Asset Management and makes the helpdesk work more efficient and guarantees that helpdesk users have all the necessary information to solve the IT ptoblems as quickly as possible. The system is able to take over the users' data into its own database from the directory service used by ZENworks Asset Management as well.

The architecture is based on an N-layer thin-client technology and the necessary data is stored on an MSSQL server. The thin-client is realized by Internet Explorer in MultiWorX®.NET. All communication between the client and server is passed on HTTP protocol. Users in MultiWorX®.NET have their own homepage where they can reach their task list and their mailbox belonging to the workflow as well. The MultiWorX®.NET system supports the handling of the different business processes by its built- in workflow modul, which supports both automatic and user-controlled regulation.
