Novell Deal Registration Program
The Novell Deal Registration program is designed to improve the profitability of your Novell business. Available to Gold and Platinum-level members of the Novell PartnerNet program, it recognizes and rewards you for the value you deliver to your customers, by providing a rebate on qualified sales opportunities for:
- New customer acquisition
- Up-selling/cross-selling existing customers
Starting April 1, 2011, Novell may occasionally offer additional rebates2 to enhance the following customer opportunities:
- Competitive product displacement
- Customer retention
- Adoption of emerging products

1 Large Account Reseller and Direct Marketing Reseller (LAR/DMR) rebates are 5 percent and are excluded from influence.
2 Qualifying promotional products will be listed in the Deal Registration submission system and in the Partner Glossary.
3 Academic License Agreements and Student License Agreements (ALA/SLA) renewals are eligible for a 5 percent rebate.
