How do I become a Novell Specialist?
Pre-requisites
- You need to have an Active annual membership as a Gold or Platinum Solution Provider to be eligible to apply to become a Specialist.
- NOTE: All new Solution Provider members of PartnerNet begin their annual membership at the Silver level, but if you meet the criteria and requirements of a Gold Solution Provider, you can very quickly upgrade your membership at no extra charge, by contacting the PartnerNet Helpdesk on +31-55-538-4213, or email partner-net@novell.com. Please quote your PIN in all correspondence.
Process
- Step 1 – Register online to join PartnerNet ensuring you provide as much information as possible about the skills within your Company – register here
- Step 2 – Complete membership payment.
- Step 3 – Look out for your Congratulations email, which will confirm your membership to PartnerNet and contain your Company Certificate, and a copy of the terms and conditions of the program.
- Step 4 – Once you have received your Congratulations email, confirm that you meet the criteria to become a Gold level partner and contact the PartnerNet Helpdesk to request an upgrade to Gold Solution Provider status. To review the criteria to become a Gold Solution Provider, see the table.
- Step 5 – As soon as you receive confirmation that your upgrade application has been approved, you may now apply online to become a Specialist in one or more of the 5 Specialist Areas. - Apply now
