The Program offers several levels of support—giving you the flexibility to choose which features you require, based on level of skill, as well as the tools and resources you need to build mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Self-certification kits providing tools necessary for partners to conduct tests to ensure their hardware solutions are optimized for SUSE Linux Enterprise and other Novell products
- Development assistance from engineers of both proprietary and open source solutions
- Development tools and resources for the SUSE Linux Enterprise platform
- Access to Novell product development roadmaps and feature submission access
- Developer level support for Linux driver development relating to hardware enablement
