Bug/Issue Managenment and Tracking
This form tickets and follows bugs and other technical issues pertaining to the projects within your business. The work-flow sorts the bug by product, and amount of skill required to solve the problem. The issue is then tested and information regarding the issue or problem is returned to the submitter.

It is never a good feeling to find out your software has a glitch. The biggest question is "Who will fix it?" We have the answer. If you have Vibe then you can decide whose job it is to fix these bugs.
Thanks to the power of the Vibe workflow you can designate different technicians at different levels of bug resolution expertise. In the form you can classify the priority and origin of the bug and based on response you may assign each bug as needed.
You will want to take some time to set up folders for each technician and assigning Move Entry elements that will dump the work into their folders for a little added security. You will find they have for the most part already been created.
