Information Request

Introduction

Do you need feedback from your peers or co-workers on a specific topic? We have your solution. With the "Information Request" form and workflow, you can choose a topic related to your query. Urgency is easily specified to indicate to your peers or co-workers how important their feedback is to you.

Description:

This form is designed to make it easy to create a knowledge repository when questions are answered. It lets the user select a topic the question falls under so that the responses can be archived and found easily. The form allows questions to be as long or a short as needed. When the user has finished filling out their question, they can choose from their peers, who they think would know the answer to their question. Additional peers can be designated to view the question and the answers if desired. The workflow allows the responders to have the submitter clarify anything in the question by adding comments or by modifying the entry. They can also delegate the question to other peers if they do not know the answer to the question. Once the question has been answered, the entry can be moved to your knowledge repository archive.
