Project
Introduction
The Project entry is one way to bring project management into Vibe. Create Projects that can act as a one-stop-shop for project status and information.

DESCRIPTION:
The Project form has some very simple elements to help users track basic information about a project. This form is slightly different than the Project Delegation Form, and serves a different purpose. Some of these elements include:
-
Project Manager
-
Project Website
-
Start and End Date
-
Priority
-
Budgeted Hours
-
And More...
Users can then customize their project folders to get a quick view of the status of all projects.
The included project workflow is very basic and includes common states of project management.
-
Initiation
-
Planning and Development
-
Execution and Construction
-
Monitoring and Controlling
-
Completion
While useful by itself, when used in conjunction with the Project Status Report form and workflow, project managers can find even more utility in this process. Simply include both forms and workflows in the same folder and modify your Project definition to accept Project Status Report as a Comment type.
