I'm aware of the links, but for things like white papers few are focussed on the product and/or its deployment. If we take Identity Manager as an example there are 3 listed

Password Self-service Business White Paper
Monitoring Identity Events Business White Paper
Novell Identity Vision: Defining an Identity Fabric

None of these show the use of Identity Manager or its features, instead they focus a simple issue such as a forgotten password or much wider issues – such as Novell's vision of an Identity Fabric (which Identity Manager can not deliver on its own).

The success story area has its own limitations -

You can't search by a product just a general grouping
You don't date the stories
You don't detail the version releases of the products
There is a lack of detail – just general statements.

Please can we have write ups and white papers on things like this. Short press releases are not good enough to put in front of boards and possible clients.
