Novell PartnerNet program has received the 5-star ranking in Everything Channel’s 16th annual 2010 Partner Program Guide. Since 2009, Novell has retooled our systems, processes, programs and people to become a partner-first organization with a focus on three main areas:

- Investing in partner profit potential
- Accelerating partner business success
The following data clearly illustrates the benefits our partners have received since we announced new program enhancements in February 2009:
- 32% – increase in number of partner organizations trained
- 81% increase in individuals trained
- 34% increase in live, and 46% increase in online enablement events for partners
- 110% increase in revenue reported from partners that have leveraged our new enablement tools
- 204% increase in sales pipeline confidence reported from partners that have leveraged our new enablement tools
- 47% of our partners’ invoiced business leveraged our new deal registration and volume incentive programs aimed at increasing our partner’s profit potential
- 90% of the company’s demand generation efforts was planned and executed with our partners
