Multiple calendars

Bring together multiple calendars. Import external calendars and overlay your work schedule with important holidays, your favorite sporting events or anything else you need to keep on your radar. Color-code appointments to help you keep track of professional and personal commitments.

You can now create one or more personal calendars in addition to the standard GroupWise® system calendar. When you receive a calendar item, you can accept it to your main calendar or to a personal calendar. And it's easy to collaborate across the globe with a new, second time zone feature to manage appointments in different regions of the world. In addition, several new options allow you to customize your calendar: week numbers, changeable calendar colors, highlighted weekends, definable work schedule, definable work days, and changeable date and time format.
