Identity Manager Driver for HP Service Desk
Overview
Identity Manager Driver for HP Service Desk connects the corporate directory service to HP Service Desk using the HP Service Desk API. The API manages all external access to the HP Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The driver is unidirectional between eDirectory™ and Service Desk.

Features
The driver allows you to:
- Create and manage Service Desk application users (the helpdesk administrators who open incidents and create tickets in the system)
- Create accounts for all end-users ("person objects") such as enterprise end-users and customers
- Create and administer rights and access defined through roles
- Disable or rename accounts in real-time
- Grant or revoke rights in real-time
- Make password changes
- Create and manage either work groups or roles, or both
