Subscription

SUSE Linux Enterprise Real Time requires a current subscription to SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10. If you do not already have a valid SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 subscription, you can purchase one here.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Real Time subscribers are entitled to both maintenance and technical support for their Real Time extensions for the duration of their subscription. Subscribers receive patches and updates to SUSE Linux Enterprise Real Time via Novell Customer Center, as well as get access to any product revisions or updates that get released during their subscription period. Installation and break/fix technical support is provided for SUSE Linux Enterprise Real Time, and the support terms and conditions for the Real Time extensions are inherited from, and mirror that of your underlying SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 subscription.
