Kent Erickson serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Workgroup Solutions business unit at Novell. He is responsible for the development of all products that make up Novell's workgroup and collaboration solutions family, including Netware and Groupwise. Mr. Erickson joined Novell in 1991, and has served across a number of key engineering functions during that time. Mr. Erickson is a member of Novell's Worldwide Management Committee.

Rob holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
