Customer Activity - CRM
Customer Relationship Management is important to anyone that has contact with customers. This form demonstrates a simple way to keep track of customer activity.

This is a custom form which uses Novell Vibe's out-of-the-box task workflow. This approach to CRM will help users keep track of important task items concerning their customers. It will also allow for easily searchable and filterable content.
This custom form will allow subtasks since it is based on the task folder. Being able to have subtasks is powerful because users can keep all tasks concerning a customer in one location.
This form can be downloaded in two ways; Customer Activity Folder or Customer Activity Form. The folder option comes with a pre-configured folder that will only need to be imported and it will be ready for use. The form download is only the entry definition.
