Introduction
This form streamlines the process of submitting product request orders within a business by simplifying both the application process and the review process.

Description
This form allows employees to order specific products for a broad range of uses. Products can be requested for internal use, industrial use, technical use, partner consumption, and even charitable contributions, among others. The form requires the total SRP (suggested retail price) of the product to be calculated before submission of the request can be processed.
The workflow takes the request through a number of review levels, allowing the appropriate company authorities to approve or reject the product request. The reviewers can also request modifications to the product request before it is approved, in which case the modified request would loop back to the beginning of the review process for approval.
