Is there an issue or a set of problems that might reoccur during the regular transaction of your business? This form provides a location to pool knowledge regarding problems and post solutions that have been used in the past to overcome these difficulties.

This form is very useful for keeping track of issues and problems which arise within a company. The form allows an employee to enter a problem that was encountered, as well as the solution which was used to resolve the problem. The issue can be referenced on the form so that other employees who encounter similar problems have an easier time finding a solution to their own problems using Teaming. Using this form properly will allow your company to pool knowledge, experience, and expertise in order to overcome challenges more quickly.

This form does not come with a ready-made workflow. You can create a simple customized workflow to manage the form.
