Maintenance Request
Introduction
This form is a simple entry definition intended to provide order and organization in addressing maintenance issues in the organization. With no workflow required you can quickly transform any folder in Novell Vibe into a maintenance request repository. We recommend using filters to quickly organize the requests from this definition.

DESCRIPTION:
The Maintenance Request form was developed through work with small business and education. As-is, the form works best in small organizations. The form definition includes a variety of areas for the required maintenance. In a large organization these distinctions may be too general.
Set up requires a couple more steps than the most basic form deployment.
- Configuring the folder with your new definition
- Configure the folder columns to display pertinent information (Figure 2)
- Create folder filters to quickly sort through the information in the form
