Project Status Report
Status reports are an important part of project management. Vibe is an ideal platform for requesting, gathering, recording, and referencing status reports for projects.

The Status Report form is intended to be used as a comment type on Project entries. Feel free to use Status Reports independent of the Project entry form.
This form has a couple of custom fields to facilitate a more accurate and timely gathering of status information. A project manager or team lead will create the status report by providing the project or task name, assigning the user responsible for reporting on the project/task, and reminding the reporter of the original estimated start date, end date, and expected effort.
The workflow ensures the delivery and response of those reporting in three simple states. Use the workflow with folder filters to track items that are reported on or still waiting for a status report.
In conjunction with the Project definition this can be a valuable tool for gathering the status of any project.
