Introduction
We thought we might look for form ideas in more directions. After reading Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle" we knew exactly where to branch our forms. This form came from the Novell Vibe demo system. Implement this form in your business to help inspect external or internal food services.

DESCRIPTION:
This is the result of efforts made by members outside the Factory. It is a very practical use for a Novell Vibe form and workflow in a unique venue. This form can be customized to meet the needs of your business. You can select the inspector from a list of your employees. You can also modify any requirements based on specific regulations in your area.
Whether your business is inspecting or simply producing quality food in a well-maintained facility, this is the form for you.
