Managed Devices
- Palm OS 3.5 and later on Palm devices
- Windows CE 2.11 and later, including Pocket PC devices
- BlackBerry 6000, 7000, and 8000 series devices (any device with Java OS version 3.7 or later installed), as well as legacy BlackBerry 850/857 and 950/957 devices
- Synchronized devices, through a Windows 95 and later desktop, or via TCP/IP to the ZENworks Handheld Management server.
Server Requirements
The following lists the general supported server configurations on which you can install ZENworks Handheld Management services.
- Windows 2000 server or workstation
- Windows Server 2003
Directory Support
The following directory services are supported by ZENworks management services.
- Novell eDirectory™
- Microsoft Active Directory
