and Linux/Mac client > ).Digitally sign and/or encrypt a message. See Section 75.1, Personal Digital Certificates, Digital Signatures, and S/MIME Encryption.

and Linux/Mac client > ).Conceal the subject of an e-mail message (Windows client >
).Mark messages and appointments private so that proxy users cannot see them. (Windows client >
).Attach a password-protected document to a message and have the application prompt the recipient to supply the password before the recipient can open the document
Require a password in order to mark a Routing Slip completed (Windows client >
). This can prevent a user who is proxied to the mailbox from marking the item completed, or if multiple users proxy to the mailbox, it can be used to ensure that only the user for whom the item was intended can complete it.In addition, if the users in your GroupWise system exchange messages with users in other GroupWise systems, you can set preferences to control what types of information pass between the two systems. For example, you can prevent external GroupWise users from performing busy searches or obtaining message delivery status. See Section 4.2, System Preferences.
