After the installation, complete the following for DLU desktop downloads.
Log in to the NOWS SBE console.
Click
.Under the
drop-down menu, select , then click .Under
, click and files.For both downloads, click
.Install dlu-Dynamic Local User Client from Windows workstation.
Click the
icon.Specify pGina user information, then click
to proceed with installation.Follow the screen prompts to define your computer’s architecture type.
Enter 1 for x86 architecture type.
Enter 2 for x86-64 architecture type.
Enter 0 to abort install.
Continue as directed by screen prompts.
Verify that the plug-in path in the pgina-ldap-regedit.reg file is correct. It should point to ldapath_plus.dll.
Import the pgina-ldap-regedit.reg registry file by using the Windows Registry Editor.
From your Windows workstation, click
> .Type regedit, then click .
Next, click
> and browse for pgina-ldap-regedit.After installation is complete, test your pGina installation. To test the plug-in from your Windows workstation, click
> > > .Specify your directory administrator username and password, then click
.After the LDAP plug-in is successfully configured, restart your Windows workstation for changes to take effect.
After the reboot, the login window is DLU instead of the standard Windows login screen. DLU is automatically configured by the pgina-ldap-regit.reg file that has been copied to each Windows workstation’s registry settings.
