Many reports allow you to change the report filter criteria. In some reports, the filter criteria are displayed in a navigation pane to the left of the report. In other reports, criteria are accessed through a Change Filter (or Change Time Period/Filter) option at the bottom of the report.
Run the report. For instructions, see Section 34.1, Running a Report.
If the filter criteria are displayed in the left navigation pane, modify the criteria, then click Search.

Click Change Filter at the bottom of the report, select one of the filters, then click Apply.
