After you create a new WorkOrder driver by installing the driver packages, the driver processes WorkOrder objects from the Identity Vault to create WorkToDo objects. This is all the WorkOrder driver does when it uses the basic configuration. For any additional work to be done, you must customize the WorkOrder driver or other Identity Manager drivers to perform the desired work.
