Categorize your items

Tag emails and appointments. Add standard or customized categories to e-mails and appointments so you can pay attention to what's urgent, remember to follow up on a request, or simply read an item later.

By using the new "categories" feature, you can assign a category to any item, including contacts. When you color-code the items, the colors will display in the item list and in your calendar. This feature will increase your efficiency by helping you quickly organize items into groups. Categorizing your e-mails and appointments also helps you find high-priority items fast—so you always know what you need to do first.
