Ordering Information for Europe, Middle East, and Africa

Novell's support programs can be purchased direct or from a Novell reseller though Novell's licensing programs, which have recently been simplified and improved to help you focus on what matters most—running your business.

Before purchasing support from Novell, we recommend you review our support policies and terms and conditions.

VLA customers To order VLA Standard or Priority Maintenance and be eligible for technical services, submit a completed VLA order to an authorized Novell reseller.

MLA customers To order MLA Maintenance, which includes technical services, you can order directly with Novell, through a fulfillment agent or a qualified Novell distributor.

ALA/SLA customers To place an order for technical services, you can order directly with Novell using the Annual Fee Worksheet or through an authorized Novell reseller.

All authorized Novell resellers and distributors can be found at www.novell.com/partnerlocator.

All VLA, MLA and ALA/SLA customers that are current on Maintenance for their Novell products are eligible to purchase additional services from Novell. Please complete and submit the Additional Service Order Form to your Novell representative.

Products Supported

VLA customers receive support on all Novell products that are covered by Standard or Priority Maintenance, according to the Novell Product Support Lifecycle, which defines the duration and type of support customers can expect to receive on specific products as they move through their life cycle.

Through Premium Service, MLA customers receive support on all Novell products according to the Novell Product Support Lifecycle.
