OpenOffice Support from Novell

Novell will provide support and maintenance for the Novell edition of OpenOffice.org for either Linux or Windows according to the Novell Support Lifecycle. Support will be provided through existing Novell support programs, as well as self-support resources such as the Novell knowledgebase, support discussion forums and technical subscriptions. Novell will assist customers as they learn how to use the features and functionality of OpenOffice by demonstrating functionality within a sample file. Customers who need assistance with custom development such as OpenOffice.org Basic or Microsoft VBA Macros should engage the Novell Consulting organization or a qualified Novell partner.
