IDM4 UserApp Approval forms showing up blank when accelerated by Linux Access Gateway

Environment

Novell Access Manager 3.1 Linux Access Gateway
IDM 4 User Application accelerated by Linux Access Gateway
Novell Access Manager 3.1 Support Pack 3 applied

Situation

IDM4 UserApplication setup and accelerated behind a Linux Access Gateway (LAG). The initial setup is based on the cool solution from https://www.novell.com/communities/node/11588/nam-311-sso-idm-userapp-361-and-password-expiration-handling. Everything appears to work fine with the exception of approval forms inside the UserApplication, which show up as a blank page. Other forms used with UserApp appear to be fine.


The UserApp resource on the LAG is configured as follows:

Resolution

Add the following Public resources in addition to what was defined above:

   /IDMProv/portal/cn/GuestContainerPage/*   

   /IDMProv/portal/portlet/SessionHandler   

   /IDMProv/UIQuery*
